The staff menu item shows a listing of all active MYOB Exo Business users. Clicking on a user's name will take you to their profile page.


As an admin, you can edit the user's available branches and setup their manager relationships

Branches

Setting a branch on a user will limit the list of available branches that they see in the Purchase Requisitions screens. If no branches are select the user will see all branches.

Managers

Users can have multiple managers set on this screen. This dictates who they can send Purchase Requisitions and Timesheet Submissions to. Setting a default manager will make sure that the select person is pre-filled when creating a new Requisition or Timesheet record.
