Where is the Generate Purchase Orders Button?

Problem

Someone has sent me a requisition to approve, but there is no "Generate Purchase Order" button

Solution

This generally indicates that your user account does not have sufficient authorisation for the total amount of the requisition. In this case you need to select your manager and click the Approve and Send button and they can generate the purchase order if it is within their limit.

Things to check

  1. What is the total of the requisition?
  2. What is your authorisation amount?
