1. Create New Requisition
When you enter the Purchase Requisitions form, you are presented with a form to create a new Requisition.
If you have the Job Costing module, you will see a Job drop-down. Clicking in this box and typing a couple of characters to search Exo Jobs will present results. You can search on Job Number, Job Code, Title or Customer Name. This field is optional and does not need to be filled out to continue.
If you do not have the Job Costing module this field will not appear
If you do select a job, the Location and Branch fields will auto populate from the selected job and lock. If you have not selected a job you can select the Location and Branch manually.
Filling out the Reason field will help you and your colleagues find the requisition later in a list or report
Select the date that you require the goods and put in an optional Reason. Once completed click the save button and the screen will open your newly created Requisition
