Categories

Categories allow you to organise your Contract into separate billing runs. For example, you may wish to have two categories for your contract, Monthly and Quarterly. When it comes time to do your invoicing, at the end of every month you can choose to just generate invoices for just those contracts that are categorised Monthly. Then every Quarter you can generate invoices for the Quarterly contracts.

To set up your categories go to the Contracts tab on the main dashboard and Setup Contract Categories. This will open the following form:

  1. To create a new Category, click the New button in the toolbar. You will then be asked to supply a name for this category. You may also edit the name of this category by selecting it in the grid. To save your changes click the Save button.
